Yes. Our Virtual Cards can be used for payments in any currency. Card currency will be automatically converted into the currency of your payment.

Yes, you can reload your Virtual Card an unlimited number of times up to the maximum deposit amount provided by your Plan.

Yes, refunds are accepted. The refund from a merchant is only possible on the same Virtual Card which was initially used for payment. The card balance will be increased by the refund amount. The refund operation may take a few business days. Please, before proceeding with the refund, make sure you still have enough time before your card's expiration date. If your card is expired at the time of the refund or you didn't get to spend this money before the expiration date of your card, it will be lost.

We provide volume discounts for purchases of 10 or more cards. For a discount, please contact our Sales Team.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back – no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 7 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 7-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.

Please, remember that:

- refund is only possible before you started using your Virtual Card. As soon as the card has been used for the first time (for payment or verification), a refund of the card fee and/or remaining balance on the card is not possible

- you will not be able to request a chargeback for any payment you made with your Virtual Card

- if you have not renewed your Virtual Card by paying the card fee for the next month, the card will be automatically canceled and will not be subject to renewal
