Please, remember that:
- refund is only possible before you started using your 45CARD. As soon as the card has been used for the first time (for payment or verification), a refund of the card fee and/or remaining balance on the card is not possible
- you will not be able to request a chargeback for any payment you made with your 45CARD
- If you have not renewed your 45CARD by paying the card fee for the next month, the card will be automatically canceled and will not be subject to renewal
Refunds are performed using the payment method used to make the original purchase. Refunds take different amounts of time depending on how you paid. Usually, a refund takes 2-10 days but may take up to 45 days for certain payment methods.
A customer may cancel a product with a recurring billing subscription at any time. A cancellation means that no future payments are charged to the customer’s account. The cancellation of a recurring billing product does not generate a refund – it will only stop any future payments.
